ERCD 2026

The 13th European Conference on Rare Diseases & Orphan Products (ECRD 2026) will take place on 3–4 June 2026 in Prague, Czech Republic, with additional online participation options. Organized by EURORDIS, the conference focuses on rare disease policy, healthcare systems, research collaboration, and access to orphan medicinal products across Europe. The programme examines topics including the development of a European Action Plan for Rare Diseases, cross-border healthcare, European Reference Networks, health data initiatives, research and innovation, regulatory frameworks, and equitable access to diagnosis, treatment, and care. Through plenary sessions, policy discussions, thematic tracks, and stakeholder dialogues, the conference brings together patient advocates, policymakers, researchers, healthcare professionals, regulators, industry representatives, and public health organizations to address current priorities in the European rare disease landscape.
